1. The client is naturally creative, resourceful, and whole. 2. The agenda comes from the client. 3. Co-active coaching addresses the client’s whole life. 4. The coach dances in the moment with the client.
In a coaching relationship, the client comes to realize they do have the answers.
During the Metaphor Inquiry session, the coach uses clear open-ended questions that encourage the client to listen and uncover these answers.
Through this process, they discover inner resources and messages beyond what they could have imagined. This inspiration can’t help but motivate them into action.
A coaching session encourages a client to step out of their illusion and into their life. Each question the coach asks creates a new perspective for the client and moves them forward towards clarity.
The client’s answers reveal the keys that unlock their unlimited potential and help them step around their perceived obstacles.
